The Financial Management Institute of Canada (FMI) is a professional association for those interested in public sector financial management. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in sound public sector financial management.

Because times change, financial professionals need a forum to help them keep up-to-date, exchange ideas, and learn what is happening to others in their field. When you are dealing with something as complex as financial management in the public sector, such a forum becomes critical to help distinguish yourself in your specialty.

Serving both public sector financial officers and managers with financial responsibilities, the FMI provides this forum, offering its members excellent services and programs in all areas of government financial management.
